Founder
Led by George Benaroya, a seasoned Global CFO adept at navigating the complexities of working with temporary agencies, overseeing the recruitment process, and managing headcount, NYC-Pros is dedicated to simplifying the hiring process for companies seeking highly qualified contractors and full-time employees. Drawing from his own experience as an international student, Benaroya has spent the past two decades recruiting international students for various companies across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

With over 10 years of experience in the retail and consumer products industry, I am a dynamic and results-oriented leader helping businesses achieve goals and optimize their performance. While offering a unique experience working across Mass, Drug, E-Commerce & Natural Channels, I have successfully developed strategies and lead cross-functional teams to exceed business objectives. I have an MBA in Brand Management Marketing and a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography, which gives me a unique blend of analytical and creative skills.
